i've been wanting a matte nail polish for a while now. i happened upon one at the beauty supply store when i was buying my hair dye for my colored tips (DIY video coming very soon!). it's by a brand called Zoya from their Matte Velvet collection and it was $6 for the bottle. they had only four colors but all in neon shades. i love that it's matte and neon! it is made without formaldahyde, toluene and other harmful chemicals that are found in most nail polish - it's also vegan friendly! it dries super fast too! i've been wearing it for a couple days and thoroughly enjoying it's matte-ness.
