Last week Joey and I went to Ixtapa, Mexico for 6 glorious days of laying on our butts in the sun. We stayed at the gorgeous cliffside Capella Resort in Ixtapa (more photos coming soon) and one day ventured to the near-by fishing town of Zihuatanejo (where Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman escaped to in Shawshank Redemption - fun fact).

On our excursion I wore my friend Tania Sarin's debut drop crotch pants which are beyond comfortable and chic - a rare combo. Stay tuned for more photos from our trip and see some that I posted on Instagram and follow me on Snapchat (username: mrkate) for daily posts! xo
