I've had so much fun designing glam rooms on OMGWACO for beauty gurus like Tati and Patrick Starr. Those rooms were an invitation to go all out and create a space that was elegant and creatively engaging. So, for this episode of Mr. Kate Decorates on a Budget, I was curious about the challenge of designing another glam room ... for less than $300!
