a great idea for a guy with long arms

joey got this plaid blazer from H&M a while ago. he likes to buy things a bit on the small side so they fit slim however that also means short sleeves! this particular jacket looked extra short on his long arms so my crafty mother came up with an uber cool solution: cuff extensions!

she used a left-over piece of our inspiration upholstery fabric which i used to cover this chair in her NYC apt. she fashioned the fabric into a cuff, ironed, pinned and stitched... and it turned out great! i would recommend this solution to any guy or gal who has a casual blazer that they need to extend and make extra funky. pick a contrasting fabric so it looks purposeful and if you're not a sewer, simply take it to an alterations place and they can easily do it for little buckaroos, it's a simple procedure.
