when it's winter Winter, like midwest or east coast winter, not cali winter, coats are really important! i have a bunch of vintage coats that i like to wear in cold weather - see one here. i wanted to get a couple new ones for this season so while browsing Forever 21, i happened upon a couple inexpensive, yet warm, coats...including this one with a giant hood in a delish royal blue color.
