this is a very easy and fun go-to dinner when you have no idea what to make. i always buy a package of whole wheat, sprouted grain or brown rice tortillas to keep in the fridge for wraps and burrito night...and tortilla pizza night!
get creative and use whatever you have in the fridge or your pantry. for vegan pizzas i usually like to keep a bag of Daiya around too to get the cheezy-ness. make them gluten free by using brown rice tortillas.
DO IT!:
preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
