i got these bright blue rhinestone hoops at Forever 21. my rule with buying jewelry is that i only get pieces i wouldn't make myself for my Mr. Kate line. since i don't see turquoise glitter hoops on my design horizon i scooped these up and wore them with a Bark Ear Cuff and scarf for a night out to the theatre to see Bring It On the musical for my friend Audrey's bday. i was impressed with their ability to tumble and sing at the same time!
