thursday night at Harvelle's in Santa Monica was my first time seeing Jessie Payo perform with her electro/hip-hop duo Jupiter Rising. i've mentioned her before when i saw her perform with her solo project band, which was also when i had my heart-on (painted cheek heart), which she loved and now rocks from time to time on stage...yay, i'm so totally flattered that she adopted the heart on!!! anyways ways, she is stunning and an amazing singer and Jupiter Rising is such great booty-shakin' music AND, they were performing with a fog machine that made for the best smokey dramatic photos! yes, i was totally that girl pushing to the front with my honkin' camera banging people in the head, sorry!
oh, Jessie is also in love with her Mr. Kate logo ring in black gold which her magician bf Justin Kredible got her for her burfday...yay!
ALSO...Justin Kredible is hosting another Cheap Trix show at the Comedy Store here in LA. i went to the last Cheap Trix and it was amazing, it's a modern vaudeville show with magicians, musicians, comedians, acrobats, etc. if you're going to be in LA this Wednesday, January 13th, you MUST come!
