these days people are calling pointy nails like this stiletto nails. i've been able to grow my natural nails out and file them into my own pointy stiletto nails because i do my DIY gel manicures which keep them from breaking!
this week i created a pointed french tip, kind of like a chevron arrow shape using Gelish Sheek White and then painted a bunch of coats of clear to make it look like a french manicure. i highlighted the design with a little gold stud i bought from this site and used more clear coats to seal in the 3D stud. i feel classy, with the french tip but still funky with the nail shape and the stud!
