i got new make-up! i was beyond due. i usually use my make-up till it just crumbles into nothing. i had been using Physician's Formula Organic Wear powder and bronzer which you can get from the drug store. but i was shopping at Whole Foods and happened in their cosmetics aisle and thought i'd try something new and i love natural products! - for more reading on 'safe cosmetics' go here!
so i picked up powder, bronzer and blush by Mineral Fusion 'Minerals on a Misson' is their slogan. it's a great company that has a line of all natural products that are:
- free of all the nasty stuff like parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, etc.
- not only safe for your skin but good for it with healing ingredients
- packaged in eco-friendly packaging
- charitable, with a portion donated to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence ...kind of like my Screw You necklace!
the make-up is really easy to apply and not too cakey. i really like the bronzer duo (Luster) i got that has a darker shade, which i use for contouring, and a lighter, shimmery shade, that i use for highlighting on the tops of my cheekbones and brow bone. the blush (Airy) is a perfect peachy pink which i use on the apples of my cheeks.
i recommend Mineral Fusion!
