we went to a party on Saturday night that had an ambiguous dress code - so i wore a see-through sundress/cover-up over a tutu...duuuuh.
that way i only had my black bra showing through the sheerness of the dress but my bottom half was fully covered by the tutu (last worn here) that i used as a petticoat, of sorts. a giant studded belt and schmancy shoes sealed the deal.
