my friend Alisa who runs the marketing for the fashion app Pose (follow my Poses here!) had her birthday party last night with a Victorian Rave theme! isn't that a great theme!?
basically it meant wear anything Victorian and neon... so i threw together this totally bazaar outfit with my new top hat (more on this top hat later) and my Dior leg warmers that i've had since high school and will never get rid of because of their shear hideous-awesomeness!
