rapunzel, rapunzel, let down your fake hair

This weekend was work and play. On saturday, I worked for my very good friend Shea Curry as a model for her new jewelry line called Shameless the Naughty Nice collection (debuting soon) where I was an angel in the Devil/Angel shot (with a professional model as the devil who was about a foot taller than me. They had me sit on a stack of books to be as tall as her! haaa), then I was in Love You/Bite Me in a 1940's dress, and finally in Sweetheart/Bitch where I got to shred a feather pillow all over the place! I was a bit nervous because they had it set up as a legit photo-shoot with lights and assistants etc. and I am no model, but it ended up being a blast with my friend, photographer Andreea Radutoiu, who was great fun to work with.... Needless to say I'll post the pics as soon as they're ready and link to Shea's wares.
Today I went to a BBQ where I met Daniella Clarke who is the designer and creator of Frankie B Jeans and chatted with her, and her cool 15 year-old guitar player daughter (named Frankie), about the fashion business... very cool and inspirational ladies. Now going to watch the Mad Men premiere with Tess and Joey. YAY, I love me some Betty Draper!
Tess took pics of me today, still with my clip-in hair extensions from the shoot yesterday (love me some fake hair!). American Apparel gingham romper, Exquisite J sandals, f21 belt, Mr. Kate bow ring, blob ring, buried treasure thumb ring, vine leaves upper arm band and Chiquita banana "brain fuel" sticker.
