i finally buckled and bought some lace bell bottoms...they're so darn practical! i didn't want to get the ones for $187 with the huge bell bottoms because i'm petite aka short and the extreme bell i think would have overwhelmed my legs...so i found these on sale from ShopBop for $82.50 (a lot better than $187 and they have free shipping)! it's a little more than i usually spend on one article of clothing these days, but i love having a pants option that isn't jeans or leggings, etc. these came without the built-in shorts so i just wore Hardtail bike shorts over them....i originally tried them on with little boy short underwear underneath but Joey said i looked too hoochie...so instead i went for the more conservative hoochie look, maybe "hoochie at work" option with the shorts. i think these will be a staple for me with my big soft t-shirts. i can even wear them when it gets colder with tights underneath!

i'm also wearing my new Worm Fossil Body Chain (it goes around your neck and clasps behind your waist), which i'm loving! i wore this outfit to our friends Shea and Justin's rooftop summer party last night and got lots of compliments on the body chain. i've finalized the design and will be listing it in my shop soon with it's sister piece the Worm Fossil Headpiece .

now off to get some outdoor exercise on this beautiful day! - Kova & T Lace Bell Bottoms, f21 wedges, random melrose ave top, Andrew Mark bag, all Mr. Kate jewelry: new Worm Fossil Body Chain, Bark Knuckle Ring, Bow Crown Ring, Glow Worm and Bark Cuff bracelets, Mr. Kate Logo Knuckle Ring with Gemstone.-
