while in Las Vegas this past weekend i found out that Steve Wynn is a vegan and now requires that all of his restaurants in his hotels have a vegan menu! we ate at the SW Steakhouse (yeah steaaakhouse) at the Encore and they had a fancy vegan menu that was so good! with 3 appetizer and 4 entree options it was hard to choose!...
we got a marinated mushroom and artichoke salad, tomato and farro soup, spicy (like really spicy) Gardein 'beef' skewers, Gardein meat balls and polenta and for dessert a black forest cake! all 100% vegan and so good!
