Since Tati is the official Glam Life Guru, we had quite the standard of sophisticated chicness to live up to when decorating her new beauty studio/ office!
The grandiosity of the space presented its own needs and challenges — being one of the largest rooms we've tackled on OMG We're Coming Over, and with so much shelf space from her built-in cabinet system just begging to be filled with fun, fabulous items — I had to think big! I modeled her room after a beauty/ fashion boutique, which included a custom built-in counter with glass shelf displays and slim drawers for all of her makeup storage needs.
But even though my ideas had to be bold, I was working with a much more classic, muted color palette. One of the signatures of a glamorous style is that sweet spot of not too much, not too little, so I used white, black, gray, with metallic (mostly gold and brass) accents and some blue and white porcelain.

DIY time!
