Hotel Chic Neutral Bedroom Makeover

Even though this series is called "Breaking Beige," this episode is more along the lines of "Brilliant Beige." Yes, we broke Kristine's extra beige bedroom with a few more doses of neutrals, but this is a good lesson/ reminder that you don't need to dip into the Jessie Paege territory of the color wheel to have a room design that is dynamic, interesting, and beautiful!

By adding in textures, interesting wall art, and some light and dark colors to shake things up, I think we gave Kristine the perfectly peaceful master bedroom that she deserves! Watch the episode above and check out the before and after pictures and shopping links below!

P.S. These photo mats can be DIY-ed with a ruler and some pens! Just create your own puzzle of interesting polygons to give an ordinary black frame and white mat a totally personalized, minimalist touch!
