You know I like shoes, and I like thrifty furniture solutions. I've also been getting a lot of questions on how to organize closets or clothing when you have a small closet or room. I think this vertical shoe storage in an old bookshelf is a great way to display shoes in a room when you don't have room in your closet for everything. Much like books, shoes lined up neatly on a radical old shelf from a thrift store, flea market, grandma, etc.can look like a decorative statement.
