err...or my pilates ball. but you get the point. we're connected to the moon! between the waves and women's cycles (guys have cycles too), etc and it's the new moon today! that means the sun, the earth and the moon are lined up with the moon in between, so you can't see the moon from earth (because the illuminated side is facing the sun). the new moon has lots of symbolism in folklore and religions, mostly about new beginnings... so here's to a mid-month new beginning, a great start to the weekend! happy new moon man!
