For this week's nails I went for black and cream checkerboard, heart tips and flowers that the talented Amie Morimoto sculpted from acrylic! You can use the acrylic paste to shape into flowers, ice cream cones, etc... pretty cool. Just use the brush to flatten little dollops into petals, then add some gems and a clear gel topcoat to seal. I like the SensatioNail LED gel kit for at-home gel manicures. I liked the combo of black and cream with the girly flowers. I'm headed to Santa Barbara this weekend with some gals so these should be the perfect nails for some poolside champagne sipping.
