Confession: I've become addicted to calligraphy, well not really calligraphy technically but writing with a brush pen. All it took was an impulse purchase of this pen, and my days are now scribbled away in a flurry of sayings, sassy messages, and covert doodles in my notebook. I've been posting my hand lettering to Instagram, and people have been commenting up a storm, asking how they can make word art like this themselves. I have a tutorial coming out in January to answer all those questions, but for the holidays I still wanted to give you all a little something!
I wrote out some holiday-inspired sayings and drew little doodles in the form of gift tags, which you can download in this post and print out for free! I hope they inspire you to get creative with how your wrap up your gifts, maybe to even play with calligraphy yourself when addressing them!
