Unconventional Valentine: DIY Puzzle Card

Never one for a traditional Valentine's Day card (as I am no traditional Valentine), I wanted to make this year's message something extra special and simple. So I decided to forgo the visual theatrics and write my message, "We fit together like puzzle pieces," on an apropos white cardboard jigsaw set.

For those who don't believe Valentine's Day cards need to have pink and red hearts, or for those who simply might not have the time for more elaborate DIYs but don't want to resort to dollar-store sticker packs, this simple but sweet DIY might be the one for you!

Do It!:

  1. Write your message on the puzzle, whether it's "We fit together like puzzle pieces," or another punny saying. Break it apart, frame it, get creative with packaging, and give to your loved one!
