i'm really really excited about my new mini Mr. Kate Logo Necklace in 14k gold. i took the opportunity to quickly vlog about it (will be up in my shop soon) and also talk about the inspiration for my mustache and beauty mark logo. i've written about it before here but people always ask me why i have it as my logo. i believe it is representative of my design aesthetic, where i combine the masculine and feminine with the use of masculine imagery, like nuts and bolts, and make them feminine and delicate by incorporating them in jewelry designs. also the humor from the mustache and the beauty from the beauty mark reflect my fun, yet beautiful designs...not to gloat or anything ; )
